Finding the best therapist for your unique needs is an important first step. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about my services.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Provider and an Approved Supervisor in Tennessee. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education  and Supervision, with a minor in Advanced Clinical Skills.  I am particularly interested in the treatment areas of trauma, grief and loss, self-concept, and spiritual struggle.

A main goal of mine is to create a space for you to experience therapeutic safety and calming, a nonjudgmental atmosphere to explore your life challenges, regain your voice, reestablish healthy direction and move forward toward healing and healthy living.
